Service Description
We are opening a brand new dance class, Fridays in Lichfield. PLEASE NOTE THIS CLASS IS AT A NEW VENUE IN THE HEART OF LICHFIELD. Want a chilled way to relax after a busy week? This stretch class will involve getting warm and then stretching all parts of our body and working on flexibility as well as strength. Feel free to bring a yoga matt and warm clothes. Please note bookings are refundable up until 24 hours before the class.
