THE BEGINNING
Off Beat Dance, Lichfield began in December 2022 with our first adult heels dance class. This class focused on empowering women, learning to move the body and gain confidence.

We have since opened up our timetable to a wider range of dance styles, with the hope that we will have a class for everyone! In 2025, we have now branched out to cater to professional dancers, if this is something you are interested in please have a look at our Professional Classes.​

MEET THE OWNER
Off Beat Dance began after Stephanie, the owner, relocated to Lichfield, and wanted to carry on teaching and sharing her love for dance. She found the best way to do that was to create her own community.

Stephanie has taught a variety of classes, ages and abilities, from toddlers to adults, ballet to tap!
​
Training at Performers College Essex, Stephanie teaches multiple styles including Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Musical Theatre, Commercial, Heels and Contemporary.
