Adult tap class suitable for anyone with more experience. Within this class we will aim to have different speeds to suit everyone as we understand there will be various levels of dancers.

Our Adults Heels class is all about building confidence, moving your body and learning to love how you move.  If you are beginner, please look at our Beginner Class. 

Unleash your inner Beyonce and groove to new and classic hits. This class is about having fun, building confidence and moving your body. The community at Off Beat Dance is supporting and everyone is welcome - no matter size or ability. 

This class is for every level, going over the fundamentals of ballet. It includes barre work and short routines. There will be both low and high impact choices, as well as adaptations to make things more or less challenging. 

Come and learn a high energy Musical Theatre dance. Bust a move to the best musical hits and have a blast in this brand new class! 

Want to start heels but to nervous to join our main class? Join us for our beginners heels class, where we will teach the basics of heels dance and go slightly slower than our usual class.
