Our Improvers Adult Tap Class is a perfect for those with just a little bit of tap experience. In this class, you'll discover the basics of tap dance, from fundamental steps to developing a keen sense of timing and coordination.

Adult tap class suitable for anyone with more experience. Within this class we will aim to have different variations/speeds to suit everyone as we understand there will be various levels of dancers.

Our Adults Heels Dance class is all about building confidence, moving your body and learning to love how you move. The community in the class is really welcoming and its a great place for new dancers as well as ex dancers who want to move again.

Unleash your inner Beyonce and groove to new and classic hits. This class is about having fun, building confidence and moving your body. The community at Off Beat Dance is supporting and everyone is welcome - no matter size or ability. 

This class is for every level and will go over the fundamentals of ballet. We will do some barre work, learn steps and perform short routines. There will be both low impact and high impact choices, as well as adaptations to make things more or less challenging.
