Our Advanced Ballet for All class is created for dancers with previous experience - whether you're a returning dancer, an ex-performer, or a current professional maintaining your technique. This is not a beginner class, but a welcoming and empowering space for those who know their way around a barre and want to refine, rebuild, or elevate their practice.

Each session includes structured barre work to focus on placement, control, and alignment, followed by centre exercises, travelling sequences, and jumps to challenge your coordination, musicality, and stamina. We will work on developing strength, flexibility, and technical clarity, with options to suit both returning dancers and those dancing at a professional level.
