Service Description
Our Adults Heels Dance class is all about building confidence, moving your body and learning to love how you move. The community in the class is really welcoming and its a great place for new dancers as well as ex dancers who want to move again. In this class, we begin with a warm-up, stretching, and moving the body. Then you'll learn choreography and strut your stuff. Heels are optional, so don't be put off! Whether you're a seasoned dancer or a total beginner, come and join this class with a supportive and empowering atmosphere.
